Delivery details
Delivery costs are based on weight and volume. All delivery costs are stated in the product description, from 60p to £4.00. Some items have free P&P; where applicable this is clearly stated in the product details.
Based on what's in store right now these are the P&P categories
Band 1, £0.60* : eg flat paper goods eg greetings cards. Up to 2 cards will be charged at this rate, unless free P&P applies.
Band 2, £1.50* : eg 3 or more cards or one lavender bag; flatter homeware goods: cafetiere cosy, up to 2 lingerie or zipped bags.
Band 3, £2.50* : eg small multiples or combinations of smaller goods.
Band 4, £4.00* : eg cushions; larger multiples of medium-sized goods or combinations thereof.
The maximum postage to the UK mainland you will pay is £4.
*The quoted P&P charges apply to UK mainland addresses only. Please contact me here before ordering if you are UK non-mainland – usually the stated fees will apply but there may be a small surcharge, especially for larger parcels that require courier delivery.
Overseas: please contact me here for a quote. Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. I will not issue refunds due to non-payment of these charges.
I despatch all in-stock items within 2 working days of ordering, usually by Royal Mail although larger items will be sent by courier. If you are unable to take delivery of your goods on a confirmed delivery date, Secondary Modern reserves the right to charge you for any subsequent deliveries, where applicable.
If goods are accidentally damaged in the course of delivery then Secondary Modern’s liability for that damage is limited to the repair, refund or replacement (if possible) of the goods or the value.
